WHY THERE IS STILL A DIGITAL DIVIDE?

WHY THERE IS STILL A DIGITAL DIVIDE?

Today, with all the connectivity solution available why there are still people who are not connected to the World Wide Web?

It is common practice throughout the world that anyone that has income and access to electricity would have acquired a cellphone and connect to the world.

The reason that people with income and electricity are not connected is the lack of sufficient telecom infrastructure and poverty
